Climb On!!

Climbing is both a physical and mental challenge. It will work every single muscle in your body and force you to focus like you never have before. The process of climbing and reaching the summit is an exhilarating experience. Climbing is also a great opportunity to conquer your fears and enjoy the great outdoors in a whole new way.

Whether it's boulders, sport climbs, long trad climbs, or multi-day alpine routes, all matters of vertical adventures interest me. My "home" crags are the New River gorge and Seneca Rocks, which offer world-class climbing within driving distance of Pittsburgh. For shorter (or longer) trips, I'm also very familiar with the destinations close-by, as well as the Red River Gorge and some places in North Carolina. My mountaineering adventures have taken me to Wyoming, the Adirondacks, and the French Alps for some great routes in some of the wildest places in the world.

Throughout the year, I will be having a series of clinics to introduce climbing to beginners, reinforce important skills for experienced climbers, and teach advanced clinics for those who are looking to push their boundaries. Contact me if you are interested in a particular skill to be taught, or want to help teach a clinic.
